In that spirit, AMS launched a complete and vigilant curriculum conducting training modules for our entire Sales force to strengthen their knowledge based science on clinical, product and procedural aspects of Cardiovascular disease states and solutions along with an intrinsic depth into Human Anatomy and Wound Healing.
We all as a team stood together to make available resources from across the globe to embed a sound understanding and confidence to execute the go to market strategy for AMS’ advanced Cardiovascular range of sutures. Through a much needed digital adoption, we were able to setup virtual classroom sessions to connect and interact with regional groups Pan India, which in turn also worked on revision and peer to peer learning sessions.
In addition to training, we had organised from time to time knowledge development sessions, quizzes, and exams to ensure that learning curve and educational retainment helped build a deeper appreciation and understanding of the sciences.
